Énergies Réunion is a local public company (SPL) whose capital is entirely held by public stakeholders.
This means that we act exclusively on behalf of our shareholders. Our missions cover the development of renewable energy, energy demand management, project engineering, energy monitoring and innovation: all levers used to support Reunion Island’s energy and climate transition.
With 26 shareholders by our side, including the Réunion Region as majority shareholder with 80% of the shares, we put our expertise at the service of the sustainable development of our island.
